What this covers
This site is a brochure. The working desk is mia.medicalintel.org. FIA Labs is the operator. MIA is not a clinician and does not give medical advice.
This site
The brochure does not require an account. Hosting logs (time, path, coarse location of the request) may be kept by the host for operation and abuse prevention. Hosting is outside Australia. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
The desk
Signed-in work is stored in your account until you remove it. Guest work stays on that device. We do not keep Talk audio after the session. A Talk transcript may remain in the working file if you continue in Ask or keep a matter.
Questions, notes, transcripts, and exhibits you attach are sent to third-party inference and speech processors when you run Ask, Review, Deep Review, or Talk. Those processors may operate outside Australia, including the United States. Do not attach material you are not permitted to put into an external system. Redaction, confidentiality, and any undertaking still govern.
Engine names are not shown in the product. A Deep Review record states only that a second pass ran.
Billing
If you take a plan or buy a pack, payment is processed by Stripe. FIA Labs is the merchant. We do not store full card numbers. Written reviews and Talk spend credits. Dead runs are not billed.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of account data held on the desk. Remove from the system is available on signed-in conversations and matters.
